Can I order the lightbox without printed artwork?
Yes. You can choose Frame Only when ordering to receive the lightbox without a print.
How do I supply my design artwork for printing?
When placing your order, you can upload your design or send it to us by email.
Our team will confirm artwork sizing before production.
Can I use my own printer or local print shop for future graphics?
Yes. We provide the exact print dimensions and material type so you can replace graphics later if needed.

What type of print material is used?
We recommend PET translucent film for best results.
Gloss paper can also be used, but light diffusion and colour consistency may vary.

Can it be wall-mounted or freestanding?
Yes. Wall-mounting hardware is included. Freestanding and hanging options are also available on the website.
