Refund policy

At Wheeler Display, we produce precision-made display products to order. Every order is handled with care, and our policies are designed to protect both your time and our production standards.

Business & Custom Orders Only

Wheeler Display operates primarily as a B2B supplier. In addition, we offer made-to-order, customised products for retail customers, including printed and personalised items.

All products sold by Wheeler Display are manufactured to order, often to customer-provided specifications. As such, the standard right of withdrawal does not apply.

Under EU consumer law, custom-made and personalised products are exempt from the right of return.

By placing and paying for an order on our website, you confirm that you understand and accept that all products are made specifically for you and are non-returnable.


1. No Returns Accepted

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products.

Please ensure that all order details, measurements, and print files (where applicable) are accurate before confirming your purchase. Once production begins, changes or cancellations are not possible.

All payments are final and non-refundable.


2. Defective or Incorrect Goods

We stand behind our products. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will resolve the issue promptly.

This includes:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items supplied
  • Hidden damage not visible at delivery

You must notify us as soon as the issue is discovered so we can investigate without delay.

If a defect or fulfilment error is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or credit, at our discretion. We do not normally require defective goods to be returned.


3. Shipping Damage

If goods arrive visibly damaged:

  • The damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery, and
  • You must notify us immediately, ideally while the driver is still present

Claims for shipping damage cannot be accepted without documentation at the time of delivery.


4. Custom & Printed Products

All Wheeler Display products are produced to order. Printed and customised items are made specifically to customer specifications and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

We are not responsible for issues arising from customer-supplied artwork, files, or incorrect specifications provided at the time of ordering.

Because these products are made specifically for your order, they cannot be resold or returned.
