Shipping policy

At Wheeler Display, we deliver professional-grade products across Europe using trusted logistics partners. Our shipping policy is designed to be clear, efficient and transparent—no hidden fees, no markups and no unexpected surprises.

Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on all standard orders within the European Union, Norway and Switzerland, or on orders above the minimum order value shown at checkout. If free delivery applies to your order, it will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Remote Areas & Islands
Free delivery covers all standard mainland addresses. Remote regions or islands—such as the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Azores, Madeira, Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily and carrier-designated “remote area” postcodes—may require a small additional surcharge charged directly by the courier.

Any such surcharge will be communicated before dispatch, and we will never add hidden fees or markups.

No Shipping Markups
We do not add profit margins to shipping. If a courier applies a remote-area surcharge, you pay only the exact amount they charge us.

Delivery Area
We ship throughout the European Union and selected neighbouring countries. For destinations outside this area, please contact us for a custom solution.

Delivery Times
In-stock items usually ship within 7–10 business days.
Custom-printed or configured products may require additional production time, which is shown at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Freight & Large Deliveries
Large or heavy orders may be shipped via pallet or freight service. Delivery is made curbside to the nearest accessible point. Please ensure your team is prepared to receive and unload.

Shipping Damage
Please inspect deliveries at the time of receipt. If damage is visible:

  • Note the issue on the delivery receipt before signing, and
  • Notify us immediately—preferably while the driver is still present.

Claims made after unnoted delivery cannot be accepted.

Refused or Failed Deliveries
If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered for reasons not caused by Wheeler Display, all return transport charges, redelivery fees and carrier costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned goods will be held for 30 days for collection. If collection is not arranged within this period, the goods will be considered abandoned.

In-Transit Orders
Once an order has been dispatched, it is considered fulfilled. Orders in transit cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.

Warehouse Pickup
Pickup from our warehouse in Alicante is available by appointment. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout or contact us to arrange.

International Shipments
For shipments outside the European Union, export documentation is provided. Import VAT, customs duties and clearance charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Switzerland Orders
Orders to Switzerland are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place).

This means Wheeler Display handles export documentation and delivery to the destination address, while Swiss import VAT, customs duties and any customs clearance charges are payable locally by the recipient.

Swiss customs clearance is handled by Swiss border authorities and local customs processing centres and is outside the control of Wheeler Display or the shipping carrier.

For Switzerland orders, please allow an additional 5–7 business days on top of the estimated production and delivery timeframe shown at checkout to allow for customs processing and border clearance.

Any customs-related delays, inspections or clearance holds are outside the control of Wheeler Display and do not qualify as delayed delivery claims or order cancellations.

United Kingdom Orders
Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place).

This means Wheeler Display handles export documentation and delivery to the destination address, while UK import VAT, customs duties and any customs clearance charges are payable locally by the recipient.

UK customs clearance is handled by local border authorities and courier import systems and is outside the control of Wheeler Display or the shipping carrier.

For UK orders, please allow an additional 5–7 business days on top of the estimated production and delivery timeframe shown at checkout to allow for customs processing and border clearance.

Any customs-related delays, inspections or clearance holds are outside the control of Wheeler Display and do not qualify as delayed delivery claims or order cancellations.

Canary Islands Deliveries
Deliveries to the Canary Islands are handled separately from mainland Spain and may require additional shipping charges depending on the size, weight and destination of the order. Orders are shipped from mainland Spain with export documentation provided where required.

Local import taxes, IGIC charges, customs clearance fees and any destination handling charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price shown at checkout.

Delivery times for Canary Islands orders may be longer due to customs processing and island freight handling, which are outside the control of Wheeler Display and the shipping carrier.

For oversized, freight or custom-made products, a separate shipping quotation may be required before dispatch.
