Terms of service

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases and commercial transactions made through the Wheeler Display website and form the basis of all business dealings between Wheeler Display (Ascendia Logistics SL) and its customers.

Wheeler Display operates primarily as a B2B supplier. In addition, we offer made-to-order and customised products to retail customers where explicitly stated.

Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form an integral part of these Terms and apply to all orders.


1. Scope of Application

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") of Wheeler Display (Ascendia Logistics SL), Calle Extremadura 11, 03158 Catral, Alicante, Spain (hereinafter "Seller"), apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods that a customer (hereinafter "Customer") concludes with the Seller regarding the goods presented by the Seller in its online store or other offer presentations.


1.2 These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively. The inclusion of the Customer’s own conditions is hereby objected to, unless the Seller expressly agrees in writing to the validity of such conditions.


1.3 Customer Classification

Wheeler Display supplies products to business customers (B2B) and, in limited cases, to retail customers purchasing made-to-order or customised products.

Business customers confirm that they are acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity. Retail customers acknowledge that all products are manufactured to order and supplied to specification.

Under EU consumer law, custom-made and personalised products are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Accordingly, no right of cancellation, return, or refund applies to any products sold by Wheeler Display, unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by mandatory law.


1.4 These Terms and Conditions, together with the Shipping Policy and the Return & Refund Policy published on the Wheeler Display website, take precedence over any conflicting customer terms, prior discussions, or assumptions. Only the written terms made available on our website and in our order confirmations are binding.


2. Conclusion of Contract

2.1 The product descriptions contained in the Seller's online store do not constitute binding offers but serve for the submission of a binding offer by the Customer.


2.2 The Customer may submit the offer via the online ordering form integrated into the Seller’s online shop or via email.


2.3 The Seller may accept the Customer's offer within five days by order confirmation, delivery of goods, or request for payment. The contract is concluded when the first of these occurs.


2.4 Payment processing via Shopify Payments is subject to Shopify Payments’ Terms of Use.


2.5 The contract text is stored and provided to the Customer after order completion.


2.6 Before submitting the binding order, the Customer may correct inputs using standard browser and system functions.


2.7 The contract language is English. Any translations are provided for convenience only; the English version prevails.


2.8 Order processing and communication are carried out via email. The Customer must ensure a valid and accessible email address.


3. Prices and Payment Terms

3.1 Unless otherwise stated, prices are net prices excluding VAT. Delivery and shipping charges are governed by the Shipping Policy and shown during checkout.


3.2 In case of pricing discrepancies between configurator and product page, the product page price prevails.


3.3 The customer is responsible for any import VAT, customs duties or other charges levied by the destination country for deliveries outside the European Union.


3.4 Available payment methods are shown in the online store.


4. Delivery and Shipping Conditions

4.1 Delivery occurs to the address provided during checkout.


4.2 Freight deliveries are curbside unless stated otherwise.


4.3 Failed or refused deliveries attributable to the Customer incur all resulting costs. Returned goods may be considered abandoned after 30 days.


4.4 Risk transfers to the Customer upon handover to the carrier.


5. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment is received.


6. Liability for Defects (Warranty)

6.1 These terms apply to professional transactions and to retail customers purchasing custom-made products. Only mandatory protections under Spanish and EU law apply.


6.2 Warranty is limited to one year from delivery. Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery or 10 days of discovery for hidden defects.


6.3 No right of return exists unless goods are defective upon delivery.


7. Custom & Printed Products

7.1 All products are produced to order. Printed and customised items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

7.2 Colours and finishes displayed on screen are indicative only. Variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, material surfaces and production processes.

Printed graphics applied to different materials (including acrylic, aluminium and illuminated surfaces) may appear different depending on substrate and lighting environment.

We optimise artwork for print production, however exact colour matching to on-screen visuals cannot be guaranteed.


8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. Exclusive jurisdiction is Elche (Alicante), Spain.
