• Review your artwork for correct sizing, resolution, bleed, and placement
• Flag any issues and make minor adjustments to fit your chosen lightbox size
• Confirm the file meets all production specifications

Turnaround: 1 working day

Perfect if your design assets are ready but need to be applied to our templates.

You provide:

• A clear design brief (layout + text)
• Logos in vector format (AI or EPS)
• High-resolution images (300dpi JPG or TIFF)

We will:

• Apply your content to the correct product template
• Provide a proof for review and approval
• Includes one revision

Turnaround: 1–2 working days

Need hands-on help developing your layout? We’ll work with your brand assets and create a fully custom design.

You get:

• A full design layout based on your brief and assets
• Additional imagery, font pairing, and layout styling if needed
• A proof for review and feedback
• Multiple revisions included

Turnaround: 2–3 working days

If you’re ordering products with printing but without one of our design services, please email your print-ready artwork to admin@wheelerdisplay.com and include your order number in the subject line.

We provide print file templates for each product on our Instructions & Manuals page—please use these to ensure correct sizing and format.
