🛒 Ordering & Support
Do you offer individual advice?
Yes. We’re happy to advise you personally. You can book a phone or WhatsApp video call, or schedule an in-person consultation at our studio in Alicante.
Can I configure and order online?
Yes. Our product pages include 3D models to help you visualise options. If you need a custom size or print, we’ll guide you through that during the design process.
Can I also place orders offline?
Yes. You can request a quote or place your order directly by email if you prefer. We're happy to assist.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum order. However, we offer discounts on larger quantities—just ask us for a volume quote.
Can I reorder prints later?
Yes. We can provide reprints for existing frames or systems. Just contact us with your previous order details or artwork, and we’ll arrange it quickly.
📦 Production & Delivery
What is the delivery time?
We aim to dispatch standard orders the same day.
- Add 2–3 business days for printed products
- Add extra time for custom design work, which we’ll define during your design consultation
How are shipping costs calculated?
Some products include free shipping depending on destination. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at cost during checkout. You’re also welcome to contact us for a confirmed shipping quote.
What should I consider when accepting the delivery?
Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.
- If there’s visible damage, document it with photos or video. You also must note the issue on the delivery receipt before signing
- Inform us right away—ideally while the delivery driver is still present
🎨 Design & Customisation
Can I use my own artwork or print files?
Yes. We accept print-ready files and will advise you on formats and specs. If needed, we can adjust your artwork during the design phase.
Can you help with the design?
Yes. We offer a custom design service for your display. You can discuss this with us during your design consultation or studio meeting.
🚚 Delivery & Pickup
Do you offer installation services?
On request, yes. For projects in the Alicante region or larger orders elsewhere, we can quote for professional installation.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes. Pickup is available by appointment from our studio in Catral (Alicante).
Do you offer international delivery outside the EU?
Yes, in some cases. Contact us for a custom shipping quote outside the EU zone.

Is my data secure?
Yes. We use secure, encrypted systems (Shopify) and never share your information with third parties outside what’s necessary to fulfill your order.
