À medida que a unidade roda, ambas as mensagens são exibidas em sequência, atraindo atenção sem movimentos bruscos. Fabricada em alumínio anodizado com frente em acrílico, utiliza LEDs de iluminação periférica para uma iluminação uniforme, de dia e de noite. Os gráficos são produzidos internamente em vinil laminado para exterior, garantindo durabilidade a longo prazo.

Does the LED lightbox include the power supply?

Yes. Each lightbox is supplied with the appropriate external power supply with EU plug, ready to connect to a standard mains socket.

Does the lightbox arrive ready to install?

Yes. The unit arrives fully assembled, with the LED system and graphics already applied (if selected).
No electrical work or specialist installation is required — simply wall-mount and plug in using the supplied EU plug.

How do I supply artwork for printing?

You have three flexible options:

Upload during checkout and preview your design directly on the product
Place your order without artwork and send your files later by email
Contact us before ordering — we can issue an invoice and handle the artwork process with you directly

All artwork is checked for size, resolution, and suitability before production.

Nothing is printed without your approval.

What type of graphic material is used?

Graphics are produced using professional sign vinyl:

Single-colour designs are cut from solid vinyl
Full-colour designs are printed on vinyl, laminated, and then applied

All graphics are carefully applied to ensure clean edges, durability, and correct light diffusion for illuminated use.

Can I order the lightbox without graphics?

Yes. You can select “No Graphics” if you prefer to apply your own vinyl now or at a later stage.

Can I replace or update the graphics later?

Yes. Graphics can be removed and replaced.

You may use your own vinyl supplier or order replacement graphics from us at any time.

What frame colours are available?

Is the lightbox suitable for continuous use?

Yes. The LED system is designed for continuous operation, making it suitable for retail, hospitality, and commercial environments. 50,000 hours LEDs.

Can you produce special vinyl finishes such as metallic, chrome, or gold?

Yes. In addition to standard vinyl colours, we can produce special finishes including metallics, chrome, gold, silver, and other effect vinyls.

These finishes are supplied as cut vinyl and applied in the same way as standard graphics.

If you have a specific finish or reference in mind, select “Other Colour” or contact us before ordering — we’ll confirm feasibility and advise on the best option.
